Thanksgiving Day Parade
The 67th Houston Thanksgiving Day parade is a brilliant showcase of floats, high-flying balloons, marching bands, artistic entries and live entertainment. So much to see! The Houston Thanksgiving Day Parade is on November 24, 2016.
With a nod to the ghost of Dickens past and an eye towards the future, Galveston’s world famous Victorian holiday festival returns to Galveston Island December 2-4. The annual holiday street festival, based on 19th-century Victorian London, features parades, non-stop entertainment on six stages, strolling carolers, roving musicians, bagpipers, jugglers and a host of other entertainers.
Visit the Houston Money Show December 1-3, 2016, at the George R. Brown Convention Center in Houston. Over 250 Dealer booths offering free appraisals of coins and bills. This event is open to the public, so check it out!
